You can't be in every meeting. Knack. can.

Every meeting rolls up into the insights console. For the team: shared visibility, everyone sees the day, nothing lives in one person's notes. For the business: close rates, trends, and commitments, computed from what was said in the room. Every number links to the tape.

Close rate by lead source

Which leads close, which die, and why. The join between campaign spend and what actually happens in the room exists nowhere else.

THE TEAM

Shared visibility

Meetings land as they end: who met whom, what was agreed, what needs a nudge. One screen instead of everyone's private notes.

▶ PROOF

Numbers with receipts

Every stat traces to a moment in a real conversation. Tap the chip, hear it said. Decisions built on ground truth, not gut feel.

What does the insights console show?

Two views of the same truth. The team sees the day as it happens: meetings landing, outcomes, follow-ups moving. The business sees the patterns: close rate by lead source, commitments, trends. Every number links to the moment in the conversation it came from.

How is this different from CRM reports?

The CRM knows where the lead came from and how it ended. It has no idea what happened in between, in the room. Knack joins all three, which is how you learn that one lead source dies on price in minute 40 and another never mentions it.

Is this surveillance of the team?

It's shared visibility, built on recordings the customer consented to. The people in the meetings get their follow-ups done for them; the whole team gets one memory instead of scattered notes. The same recording serves everyone, and everyone knows it exists.

Do I have to watch dashboards all day?

No. The console is there when you want it, and the important signals surface themselves: what closed, what stalled, and what a lead source keeps doing to your deals.

Be there. We'll remember.
